Kitchen
The ExecuSpace kitchen offers freshly-brewed coffee and a wide selection of teas for you and your clients' enjoyment. Instant cold and hot water is available for preparing soup, beverages, and other items. A refrigerator, microwave, and toaster-oven, as well as a variety of utensils, are all on hand so that you can prepare lunch or snacks while remaining close to your office.
Cafe
The Sweet Time Cafe resides on the first floor of Two Northfield Plaza. Open for breakfast and lunch, the cafe offers inexpensive yet tasty food and beverages, including daily specials, fresh fruit, vegetarian selections, and smoothies, among a wide variety of other items. The cafe is also available for catering events within the building, by arrangement.
Tenant Lounge
The first floor Tenant Lounge is always open to take a break from the office, or meet in a more casual setting. There is a 55” LED flat screen TV, comfortable lounge chairs, a counter height dining table with 8 chairs, vending machines, microwave ovens, and free Wi-Fi Internet service.
Copiers and Equipment
ExecuSpace maintains two high-speed digital copiers for tenant use, as well as a central fax machine for sending and receiving faxes. Fees are billed monthly on a per page basis. Paper cutters, paper punches, shipping tape dispensers, postal scales, shipping supplies, and other materials are available for tenant use without charge.
Fitness Center
ExecuSpace tenants are welcome to use the exercise facilities in Two Northfield Plaza, after completing a waiver of liability. The facilities include:
- Racquetball and Squash Courts
- Treadmills and Elliptical Trainers
- Free Weights and Universal Machines
- Saunas
- Showers with supplied lockers and towels
Personal Care Professionals
Conveniently located within the One Northfield Plaza building, tenants can arrange for salon hair styling, manicure / pedicure, skin care, and even massage with one of the personal care professionals whose offices are here. When you need a quick trim for an important meeting, or a Swedish massage after your last meeting, ExecuSpace is the place to be.
Reserved / Covered Parking
In addition to its large, open parking lot to the North, South, and West of the building, there is also lighted, covered parking available for a nominal charge. This is a great option that keeps you and your car out of the sun, rain, snow and other harsh weather for which Chicago is often known.
